Deborah Widger is working on sending cards to Queens and NYC senior citizens shut in due to Covid19 quarantine. They are alone in nursing homes and assisted living facilities where their families cannot visit. Deborah wants to make sure they know the community cares about them. She has collected 700 cards thus far and they have been mailed to 5 facilities. Her goal is to send 2000 or more and she welcomes donations of any size.
